My research lies at the intersection of personality psychology<\/b><\/span>, mental health<\/b><\/span>, and antisocial behavior<\/b><\/span>, with a strong focus on the design, analysis, and validation of psychometric instruments<\/b><\/span>. Over the past years, I have concentrated my research on the following areas:<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udde0 Dark Personality Traits and Antisocial Behavior<\/b><\/h4>\n

I study the impact of Dark Triad and Dark Tetrad traits<\/b><\/span> (Machiavellianism, psychopathy, narcissism, and sadism) in various contexts, particularly educational and forensic settings. I explore how these traits relate to phenomena such as peer aggression<\/b><\/span>, intimate partner violence<\/b><\/span>, academic dishonesty<\/b><\/span>, and social manipulation<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccf Development and Validation of Psychometric Instruments<\/b><\/h4>\n

I have contributed to the creation, adaptation, and validation<\/b><\/span> of several instruments designed to assess constructs such as dark personality traits, moral disengagement, socio-emotional health, perceived motivational climate, and anxiety sensitivity. My methodological approach includes confirmatory factor analysis (CFA)<\/b><\/span>, structural equation modeling (SEM)<\/b><\/span>, latent profile analysis (LPA)<\/b><\/span>, network analysis<\/b><\/span>, and item response theory (IRT)<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n

From an applied and preventive perspective, I explore how factors such as covitality<\/b><\/span>, positive\/negative affect<\/b><\/span>, basic psychological needs satisfaction<\/b><\/span>, and self-determined motivation<\/b><\/span> influence psychological adjustment and academic performance. This line of work includes intervention programs, educational innovation projects, and the development of tools for use in real-world educational contexts.<\/p>\n

\u2696\ufe0f Forensic Psychology and Psychological Harm Assessment<\/b><\/h4>\n

I collaborate as a psychological expert in judicial proceedings involving violence<\/b><\/span>, abuse<\/b><\/span>, custody disputes<\/b><\/span>, and witness credibility assessments<\/b><\/span>. My research in this area aims to enhance the quality of forensic psychological evaluations through evidence-based methodologies and practical tools.<\/p>\n
